kernel-{build,install}.eclass: add USE=generic-uki
- optionally build a generic unified kernel image
- only install this uki.efi in any binary generated binpkgs, this saves space
- extract the initrd and kernel image from the uki in pkg_postinst
- own image, initrd and uki install paths
