- EAPI7
- Remove no-longer needed Makefile.PL hacks
- Remove bad tests
- Document optional features/optional testing
Upstream:
- rand_enum() now accepts a single argument as long as its an ArrayRef
- Use Test::MockTime in tests
- rand_time() error handling improvements
- Repackage with Dist::Zilla, removing the '.'-in-@INC issues
