Follow the instructions at /usr/share/doc/${PF}/INSTALL
to complete the install.  You need to add MySQL users
and configure group-office 

Before installing/configure you have to
chmod 777 /var/www/localhost/htdocs/groupoffice/

After that, make groupoffice secure again
chmod 655 /var/www/localhost/htdocs/groupoffice/
and
chown someuser:someuser /var/www/localhost/htdocs/groupoffice/Group-Office.php
