Went too quick with this, Xlib.h from libX11 will use xorg-proto
too, so need both.
Still doesn't need libglvnd[X].

Oops, tend to think xorg-proto too much when it comes to X headers.

May be possible to do without, but upstream currently passes
-DVK_USE_PLATFORM_XLIB_KHR by default and is just headers.

This simple patch includes signal.h in daemon/gamemode-context.c to fix building gamemode on musl
libc.
This has been tested Gentoo musl and Alpine (also Gentoo glibc to
ensure no multiple defined symbols/other errors for glibc).

Reworked ebuild a bit and removed USE=udev which only exists because
jscal-* scripts use udevadm (rules installed either way), but it's tiny
scripts that will themselves warn that they need udev if used.
Upstream also fixed clang issues wrt bug #830626

Its opengfx revdep was broken with 0.5.3+py3.10 but seems fixed
in 0.6.1 (not that I'm very familiar with openttd packages and
how in-sync they need to be, hopefully this is fine).
