Gentoo RISC-V Overlay

This is a Gentoo overlay dedicated for RISC-V architecture, and collecting
highly experimental ebuilds which aren't ready for official main portage tree.

.. important::

   Although the team have tried their best to test all packages, there is no guarentee
   that they will always work properly! Do backup before use in case of data loss.
