mark 1.2.3 as stable on x86. reason: 1.2.3 fixes important bugs in 1.2.2, so 1.2.2 was pulled from the upstream servers before we could mirror it. since fetching for 1.2.2 is broken, we're going for 1.2.3 in mid-freeze.
