2. GLEP 67 change adding proxy-maintainer distinction to metadata.xml [1,2]

The proposed change to GLEP 67 was accepted by unanimous vote (5 yes).


3. Further open bugs with council involvement [3]

* bug 736760, "Application to Software Freedom Conservancy" [4]
  There have been no new developments.
  
* bug 729062, "Services and Software which is critical for Gentoo should be 
  developed/run in the Gentoo namespace" [5]
  There have been no new developments. Whissi says that it has been scheduled
  for the upcoming week.
  
* bug 751010, "Missing log and summaries for 20191110, 20191208, and 20200412 
  council meetings" [6]
  There have been no new developments.

* bug 774120, "Drop copyright headers in profiles/*" [7]
  Consensus seems to be that the headers should be kept, so this was dropped.
