Switch to git:// since https:// is using the dumb transport,
and therefore is not full-featured.

Having it in a separate package makes it easier for users to follow LTS
branch of firejail. Before that users had to mask older versions to test
LTS. It's better than having it slotted because portage by default picks
up latest version from any slot and user would have to explicitly
install particular slot.

This way we only define configure and utilize the default compile/install.

The rework in pkg_preinst is just about moving the path into a var.
Otherwise, we just add some -d/mkdir testing logic to the end.

Maintainer stabilization: the stabilization request for this was only
filed about a month ago, but the new version contains an important fix
to symlink handling that should go stable as soon as possible. (Contrary
to the documentation, symlinks *were* followed in v0.0.4.)
I regularly use this package on both x86 and amd64, and it passes the
test suite on both architectures.

During updating database mlocate creates tmp-file. If daily cron job has failed
(for example, after reboot), tmp-files are left in disk.
Added rm command before updatedb to delete these orphained files.
