Change the systemd unit files to use
Before=network-pre.target
Wants=network-pre.target
as this better aligns with systemd documentation for this type of
service. Special thanks to Shaun Bouckaert for triggering this review.
He originally asked (via email) about how the connman systemd unit file
handled its dependencies which prompted me to check this package as
well. As for connman, v1.33-r1 seems to be aligned with systemd
documentation.

Since commit b8bb1a1271f we are using same runscript base file for shorewall and
shorewall-lite however die messages in the ebuild wasn't updated.
Just a small internal cosmetic change.

Ebuild changes:
===============
- shorewall6 now uses runscript and confd file from shorewall
- shoreall6-lite now uses runscript and confd file from shorewall-lite
- Due to the previous two changes runscripts are now in sync again
The changes will allow us to cleanup some files in future.

This unit really serves no real purpose. The utility of being able to call
"systemctl enable iptables" is questionable at best.
Given that iptables is not really a daemon but rather a kernel process, having
as single unit that persists with RemainAfterExit seems wrong as well.
