Drop some old workarounds while at it:
* bug #762415's workaround was broken (see last comment) but we've been
using Meson for a while now and in this release upstream moved to
Meson-only.
* bug #931090's workaround is obsolete as upstream have implemented it
in meson.build.
It looks like we don't need the Python bits anymore either.

While 'kde-plasma/layer-shell-qt' is required at build-time, there
seems to be some automagic going with 'media-libs/libcanberra'.

As changes are trivial, and should not break anything, not keywording for testing
Missing include prevents compilation only on aarch64, apparently

I haven't used this for a while. I thought I might come back to it, but that's
now looking unlikely.

Packages which can build without BSFIX need not inherit java-ant-2. To
allow using eant without inheriting java-ant-2 we enhance the eant function
with a condition which controls calling java-ant-2_src_configure.

This adds compatibility with LLVM-18 and no longer installs the internal
libraries, which are not meant for public consumption and create nothing
but unnecessary maintenance burden.

This is py3.13 enabled snapshot from the PR-12092 [1], which resolves
most of py3.13 issues. The remaining test failure [2] is skipped by
patch in similar fashion like Fedora does [3].
