sys-cluster/glusterfs: Version bump to 4.0.0
I can't see any announcement about this version yet but it's tagged in
git and the source tarball is there. More importantly, it properly
fixes the libtirpc issues.
Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.24, Repoman-2.3.6
