profiles/base: msak dev-lang/gnat-gpl[pgo,lto]
gnat-gpl is purely for bootstrapping Ada and it's based on an old
version of GCC. Avoid risks of miscompilations.
This might explain an odd Fortran failure we had on the binhost
builder w/ USE=pgo.
