dev-perl/Archive-Zip: Cleanup 1.600.0-r1 re bug #666398
This version is now obsoleted by a newer version which has the fix
applied by upstream in an official capacity anyway, so keeping around
this sec-fix is mostly just wasted effort now.
Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/666398
Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.49, Repoman-2.3.10
